The Challenge

European agriculture faces a triple threat – dangerous working conditions, an ageing workforce, and rising labour shortages. Farming has 233% higher fatality rates than other sectors, with climate change making tasks even more demanding. The workforce is rapidly shrinking, with the average farmer aged between 59 and 67 years and fewer young people entering the field. Labour shortages leave crops unharvested, food prices soaring, and farms struggling to keep up with demand. At the same time, agriculture accounts for over 10% of the EU’s greenhouse gas emissions, making sustainable transformation more urgent than ever.

THE SOLUTION

Combining AI-driven robotic technologies for crop management tasks with AR/XR applications for training and operational support, our primary task is to increase productivity and sustainability in farming by making smart farming solutions accessible to all farmers. Through deploying six pilot cases(robots) across Europe, our robots will tackle various agricultural operations, including weed management, precision spraying, harvesting, and pruning.

Beyond Automation

We are focused on increasing machine usefulness to empower farmers – not just fields. Through AR/XR applications, our systems enable hands-on learning and digital skills development, making innovation accessible to farmers of all backgrounds. We are working towards a future where robots become our allies — supporting farmers rather than replacing them and turning technology into a trusted ally in day-to-day farm operations.
