AgriRobot

Kingston Ln, London, Uxbridge UB8 3PH, United Kingdom

AgriRobot was founded in 2021 by two founders and has since grown to a team of nine, with headquarters in the DTU Science Park in Denmark. The company provides a certifiable safety solution using ROS2 for manufacturers of autonomous machines in the agricultural sector worldwide. Its modular solution is deployable on most types of machines, with a primary focus on obstacle detection and geofencing to ensure compliance with ISO safety standards and requirements (12100, 18497, and 25119).

As part of the AgRibot project, AgriRobot is responsible for developing safety software for selected use cases and creating augmented reality applications for mobile devices. These applications will assist farmers in managing their robots safely and efficiently.

“AgriRobot helps enabling OEM’s of field robots to obtain full autonomy, so the farmer does not need to have an operator standing in the field monitoring the robot at all times. AgriRobot is developing a certified safety solution for agricultural field robots.”
